Volunteer Interviewer Sign-Up

As we gear up for the upcoming CaRMS Interview Preparation Workshop, we are reaching out to the MMAC community in search of dedicated volunteers to assist with virtual Zoom interviews and breakout rooms.

Volunteer Responsibilities

* Managing breakout rooms: Overseeing virtual breakout rooms to ensure smooth and organized small-group discussions.

* Practice sessions: Conducting practice interviews with participants to help them refine their responses and build confidence.

* Providing constructive feedback: Offering thoughtful and constructive feedback to participants, focusing on areas for improvement and highlighting their strengths.
