We are reaching out to the MMAC community to recruit enthusiastic volunteers who can assist with virtual Zoom interviews and breakout sessions.
Volunteer Responsibilities
* Managing breakout rooms: Overseeing virtual breakout rooms to ensure smooth and organized small-group discussions.
* Practice sessions: Conducting practice interviews with participants to help them refine their responses and build confidence.
* Providing constructive feedback: Offering thoughtful and constructive feedback to participants, focusing on areas for improvement and highlighting their strengths.
