Mental health professionals, physicians and allied health of all backgrounds are invited to attend the upcoming Canadian Muslim Mental Health Conference which will be held in person, with the topic Integrating Approaches: Advancing Mental Health Care for Muslims.

Accredited full-day tickets are available for mental health professionals.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS

College of Family Physicians of Canada Mainpro+® - Group Learning (One-credit-per-hour)

This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Continuing Professional Development, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto for up to 6.5 Mainpro+® credits.

Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada – Section 1

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Continuing Professional Development, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Community Sessions

Speaker & Topics to follow. Sessions directed towards the general public on a variety of mental health topics.



This year, sessions at CMMHC will be tailored to both mental health professionals and the general public. In addition to the annual research poster fair, we are also inviting submissions for oral presentations about community initiatives to highlight and encourage important initiatives aimed at better understanding and serving the Muslim community.



REGISTRATION 

  • MMAC Platinum Members must log in and register using their MMAC Members Portal username and password, to be eligible for the Members' discounted registration rates.
  • Only full day ticket holders will have access to morning sessions, lunch and networking.
  • Full day tickets include morning and afternoon accredited sessions, lunch and evening "Get Up Aisha" screening
  • Half day tickets include non-accredited sessions directed towards the general public and evening "Get Up Aisha" screening
  • Accreditation certification will only be provided to individuals who have purchased the accredited full day program
  • Tickets include access to "Get Up, Aisha" screening at 7:30 PM. For details, please see bit.ly/mmaccmmhcscreening24
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund and/or ticket transfers. Any unused tickets will be considered a donation to the MMAC.   
  • Registration closes on Fri Dec 13 at 6 PM or when tickets are sold out.
