Hear from our guest speaker, Dr. Saman Ahmad (GIM), as she shares insights and best practices for supporting Muslim patients with chronic illnesses during the holy month of Ramadan. Topics addressed will also include who are Muslims, how to conduct a culturally competent history/physical exam, dietary restrictions in the context of medication.
