IMPORTANT INFORMATION & FAQS

1. CHECK-IN

To facilitate a quick and smooth check-in process for all guests, please either print your ticket, which includes a square QR code at the bottom, or bring a copy of the ticket on your phone.

Student ticket-holders are reminded to bring their valid Student IDs with them, confirming their status and eligibility.

2. MEMBERS SUPPORT

Many guests have enquired recently about how to sign up as a member, and existing members have requested assistance with processing their membership renewals. As such, there will be a MMAC Members Support desk available at the banquet where our administrative staff and board members will be happy to assist you and answer any questions.

3. TRANSFERS/REFUNDS

If you cannot attend the banquet for any reason, ticket transfers are permitted to others who may be able to attend and meet the same ticket eligibility requirements. Please email executive.assistant@muslimmeds.ca the name(s) of the individual(s) who will be using the ticket, so that we may update our records for event check-in. As a non-profit organization, refunds are not available and any unused tickets will be considered a generous donation on your behalf to help support the MMAC’s community health promotion projects and initiatives.
